More Comments at Google MapI visited [Iekei Ramen Shakarikiya] in the afternoon on a weekday. I had work to do in Kurashiki in the afternoon, so I researched places to eat outside of my hometown beforehand. So, I decided on this ramen shop and visited it for the first time. Actually, I had never eaten the Iekei ramen genre, so my expectations were skyrocketing! ! When we arrived, it was past 1:30pm, so the restaurant was empty with only a few customers in front of us. However, even after that, the number of customers did not stop, so I feel that it is a thriving store. Now, after entering the store, the system is to purchase meal tickets in advance from the ticket vending machine near the entrance. This time I chose two ramen dishes: [Shakariki-ya Special] and [Charshu Bowl]. You can pick up your meal ticket, choose a seat of your choice (as it was empty), and sit. There are two counter seats, a face-to-face counter area, and several table seats. Relatively speaking, the layout was more suitable for a large number of people than for a single person. After I was seated, he immediately came to take my order with a cold drink. It seems that you can custom order ramen, so I ordered [thin noodles, firm, and the rest normal]. Shortly after, the [char siu bowl] arrived first, and the ramen arrived later. The ramen you're looking for. Let's start with the soup, and my first impression was... "Wow! delicious! ! ” The soup has a strong flavor and is richer and richer than I expected. This is when I realized...it wasn't a chashu bowl, but white rice. As the restaurant recommends, ``Our ramen goes well with rice and seaweed,'' which is exactly what we say. However, the char siu bowl was delicious, so I think I'll simply order rice next time. As the name of the special suggests, the ramen ingredients were very satisfying and delicious until the end. After eating and drinking, perhaps because it is a specialty of [Iekei Ramen Shakariki-ya], the door was opened to the outside of the entrance to see me off. I almost make the mistake of saying ``I'm going,'' instead of ``Thank you for the meal.'' (lol) When I visited, I could only see the female staff, but I wonder if that's always the case. Even so, the uniqueness of the store came out and I was left with a very good impression. ** General review ** [Single person/Group/Family] •Recommended for everyone from one person to many people! •It seems like there are relatively many table seats. [Waiting time/waiting space] •It was easy to enter the store except during peak hours. [Parking/Access] •Although it is a little off the main road, there is a lot of traffic as the front of the store is also on the main road. Access itself is very easy. •The parking lot is shared with other facilities and the space is very large. [Order method/Payment] •After entering the store, purchase in advance from the ticket vending machine near the entrance. •After you are seated, a staff member will come to take your order. [Toilet/hand washing area] •There is a restroom in the center of the store.
This Iekei ramen is really delicious 😋 It's addictive ❤️ The staff at the store are all young, but they are attentive and pleasant ⭕️, which makes you feel even more relaxed. Rice will go on too. I also recommend the gyoza!
This is my favorite ramen restaurant these days. I had never eaten Iekei Ramen before, but I tried it here for the first time and was hooked. This is a restaurant with a food ticket system. The small interior of the store is comfortable even if you sit alone at the counter. The thick noodles coat well with the rich soup and are delicious. I'll definitely give you a replacement. It's also delicious if you add rice to the leftover soup. Both the salty and soy sauce flavors were delicious. I was so stuck that I forgot to take a photo... The store staff is very friendly and I wouldn't be surprised if this store becomes more popular, but if it becomes too popular it will get crowded, so I would like to see it stay as it is.
