Okayama, Japan｜Shio-Ramen Arashiya

Arashiya next to Lawson on the west side of the Shimonakano intersection. The appearance is beautiful, and the inside of the store has a U-shaped counter and table seats, making it easy for women to go. Ordered salt ramen with a ticket machine and arrived in about 5 minutes. It was a bowl with a lot of green onions, cabbage, and vegetables, and the soup was beautiful 🤤 The soup was light and salty with chicken bones and was very delicious✨ The noodles are medium-thin, straight noodles that go well with the soup! The chashu was tender and soaked in flavor. The atmosphere is nice and I like the salt ramen here😋 Thank you for the meal 🙏

I've been a fan ever since I was in Soja. Since the Soja store closed down, it's always been a taste of memories, but when I found out that there was a store here, I've been visiting from time to time. There are occasional changes that I don't understand, such as when I thought it was silverware like Korea, and then it returned to the original bowl, but the taste is always delicious. I think it's a good store except for the small parking lot.

I had salt ramen (medium) and gyoza. I'm not used to salt ramen, but it was delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. The gyoza was juicy and juicy, just as it was written on the restaurant's menu. It was wrapped in a thick skin and had a satisfying taste. I arrived after 8pm on a public holiday, but since there weren't many customers, I didn't have to wait in line at the ticket machine and my food was served smoothly. I was completely satisfied this time, so I would definitely like to eat there again.
