Okayama, Japan｜2nd Kururi

This was my 4th time here, and it was a holiday, and there was a long line, so I ate there for the first time. There is a line even on weekdays. There were only 4 parking spaces, and there were more bicycles. It's inconvenient. I ordered 2 balls of miso ramen with flavored eggs. 1400 yen...expensive. I was surprised when I tried it! “Wow!” Moreover, the amount of 2 balls is very large! There are two types of chashu, both delicious! Both the soup and noodles were great! I'll come back later!

The line is always surprising, but I happened to stop by around 13:45 and was able to sit down without waiting! (However, there were many items that were out of stock, so if you want to eat this! I had the miso ramen. It would be a shame to categorize it as miso ramen, as it has a unique taste. The toppings are also delicious, such as fragrant char siu and rare char siu with a thick texture. The rich, umami-rich soup was often entwined with the curly noodles, and even though I wasn't drinking the soup, it felt like the soup was decreasing on its own. I want to eat ramen! not I want to eat Kururi Ramen! I think it's a shop that will be. I was very happy to have the long-awaited ramen!

2023/8/29 I had lunch with a friend for the first time in a while, and I suddenly suggested that we go to “Kururi”, which I had wanted to go to for a while, and we went. I was able to park my car in the parking lot, which was nice, and even though it was miso ramen, it wasn't the miso ramen I usually eat, but the mellow, slightly thick, light curly noodles that made me feel pretty full. This is a restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again.
