More Comments at Google MapYum! Service was good and price was lovely. Within 1000 yen for spicy ramen with one extra noodle (I was super hungry)
I have been to other stores This was my first visit to the Ijima store. I had an image of Koya being delicious, so I went in with high expectations. I ordered the usual red. What surprised me was The soup was much tastier than I remembered (maybe the Ijima branch is of a higher standard?) It was a great discovery as it is located in an easily accessible location. My son, who was eating a lot, also liked Shiro. 3 extra balls added!(✯ᴗ✯) At the end, I added the free toppings of mustard greens and bean sprouts, and the soup was a complete meal! I also ordered gyoza, fried chicken, and white rice as a set. The fried chicken has crispy skin and juicy meat. It's fried to perfection! The seasoning was very strong and the flavor was just right. It comes with lemon and mayonnaise. It was super delicious no matter which one I put on! Highly recommended for fried chicken lovers☆ The gyoza are small enough that even women and children can eat them in one bite. Personally, I wanted the crunchiness of the vegetables, The taste was delicious☆ The staff was friendly and I was able to enjoy my meal. I always end up ordering only red or white, I want to try other menu items at the Ijima store☆ Thank you for the meal!
This is elegant Hakata ramen. It had no smell and was delicious. I had Shiro's ramen for eat-in. The noodles are thin, chewy and satisfying to eat. I replaced the substitute balls with Katame. The rice was too soft. I ate alone at the counter, but I thought it would be nice if there was a bell to call the staff. Hakata Ichiban, which was the closest to my house, has closed down, so if I want to eat tonkotsu ramen, I have to come here. It's a bit far, but I'll go. Is delicious.
