I wonder if Shinachiku is boiled down with the same sauce? Thick and delicious! The soup is also rich and delicious, not as thick as it looks. The noodles are also thin and straight noodles that I like. If I have a chance to go to Okayama again, this is definitely a restaurant I would like to visit again.
