There was a 5 minute wait at 10pm on weekdays, and the place was full. Buy a meal ticket and order hard noodles! ! You can't go wrong with the thick noodles that are satisfying to eat! Sometimes I feel like eating and stop by 🍜 The menu seems to include ``soy sauce, miso, tonkotsu, salt, and dried sardines.'' There are seasonal and limited menus, so you won't get bored. My personal recommendation is the premium salted tonkotsu. Is it the special miso green onion ramen? The premium salted tonkotsu doesn't have much of a pork bone smell, but it does have a strong pork bone flavor, which combined with the back fat makes for a nice soup🍜 The special miso goes well with the rich miso and thick noodles, and it's so delicious that you'll want to eat it over and over again❕ They also have garlic and other seasonings so you can change the flavor to your liking 🙆

A ramen chain restaurant with addictive flavor and punch. Recommended for those who like so-called Iekei ramen or rich type ramen. When I lived in Kanto, I was able to eat ramen every day (lol) because of the three stores Yamaokaya, Kurumaya, and Kagetsu Arashi, as well as local ramen shops. This time, I came to try Yamaokaya's limited edition ramen, ``Japanese Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen''. Most stores are basically open 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy a wide variety of ramen whenever you like, except during peak lunch hours. If you become a JAF member or LINE friend, you'll get great topping coupons, and if you collect the service coupons that come out with your meal ticket from the ticket vending machine, you'll get free ramen. The Yamaoka family menu has a junky image, but the morning ramen is light and you can make fine adjustments such as adding more or less oil when ordering, so if you find your own taste depending on your physical condition, you'll be hooked. The secret menu features, such as changing the back fat, are also attractive. I think it would be a big hit if it were built along the National Route 2 bypass, which is Okayama's main artery, and since it's here, you can easily enjoy the Yamaoka family menu.
