The noodles are medium thick and have a strong presence. There are two types of chashu, carefully prepared and delicious. I topped it with a boiled egg, which was also half-boiled and delicious with a faint soy sauce aroma. Seaweed and yuzu sometimes change the taste and make it more enjoyable. If you sprinkle some shichimi, which is recommended by the owner, the flavor will be even more delicious. Uh, wow, delicious. It was a wonderful dish and a feast. I want to come again.
