Looking at other reviews, it seems that he is from Akihabara's Mendokoro Honda. I've been a fan of this restaurant since I was in Higashi Jujo before they moved to Akihabara, so I decided to visit. I had a special salt Chinese soba, but there was one flavored egg from the beginning. I bought it with an extra flavored egg, so I was worried about what to do, but I just put it on. (Of course, refunds are also possible.) Soup is so delicious! The taste is irresistible for salt ramen lovers! Two types of char siu are also satisfying to eat. The noodles were thin noodles that you often see in tonkotsu ramen, but I felt that curly thick noodles would suit. However, I had a delicious salt ramen for the first time in a while. It's a confirmed repeat.

People who like mayonnaise and fried eggs may like it, but I'm not satisfied with the price. However, the ramen is delicious and I will continue to go there in the future.
