Excellent ramen. The shop is open from 6:00am to 3:00pm. The type of ramen available depends on what time you go; add-on toppings available. Cool "Hiyashi Chu-ka" noodles available in warmer months. The younger male staff person speaks a little English. The store is extremely clean -- one of the cleanest shops I've seen!

I visited Menya Koraku in Marunouchi just after 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning to get some morning ramen. I had the dried sardine soba thin noodles in the morning. Following the instructions on how to eat delicious dried sardines, I was able to enjoy three different flavors by adding 1/3 of the noodles as is, 1/3 of the spicy Jigoku Chili pepper, and the remaining 1/3 of the Angkol Pepper. The Ibuki iriko soup was very delicious. The fried Matsuyama topping goes well with the soup. I would like to visit you again. You can use PayPay for payment.

Menu I ordered this time ▶︎ Dried sardines soba 800 yen The menu seems to change slightly from 6:00 to 10:00 and from 10:00 until closing. This time I went around 12:30, so I ordered dried sardines soba from the 10:00 menu. The soup is light with golden sardine soup 😋 You can choose between thin noodles or flat noodles, and this time I ordered flat noodles. Chewy and delicious🎵 The chashu was soft! ! Very satisfied with the delicious cup ❗️ Next time I'll come and eat ramen in the morning✨ Thank you for the meal🙏
