I disturbed you around 20:00 at night. There were two groups in the store. The food was served quickly, probably because it was empty. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen fried chicken set (with a lot of back fat) and the tonkotsu ramen fried rice set (with a lot of back fat).

I think there are pros and cons, but pork bone soy sauce ramen is my favorite type of ramen around here. Seafood stock is also effective. However, I always order it without the backfat because I feel that the soup will lose its flavor. It's even more delicious if you add garlic chili as a condiment to your liking.
