Ordinary little restaurant offering Yummy pork bones soup ramen served by a pair of kind couples!

Visit in September 2023 I lived within walking distance when it opened, and now it's one of the famous shops not only in Tsuyama but also in Okayama Prefecture. Even on weekdays, there are 10 people waiting outside at lunchtime. You write your name and number of people on the reservation form outside the entrance and wait. It takes about 30 to 40 minutes from arrival to finish eating. Daisuke has tonkotsu ramen and salt ramen, but this time I ordered the regular tonkotsu ramen @800. The cloudy tonkotsu soup has almost no odor but is full of flavor. It's not the punchy type, but it feels nicely put together. What can I say, this is a very elegant pork bone soup. The noodles are thin straight noodles. Ingredients: 1 pork belly, green onions, bean sprouts, and wood ear mushrooms (quite a lot). Even though it's the cheapest regular tonkotsu ramen, it's amazing that it has so many toppings. On the table are mustard mustard greens, pickled ginger, pepper, and sesame seeds. Takana is quite spicy, and when added to ramen, it becomes tangy. Overall, it's a high level of deliciousness! It's different from the pounding pork bones, but the balance of flavors is wonderful. By the way, there is a large gravel parking lot on the right side of the store. It is unlikely that you will not be able to park. I don't often go to the northern part of Tsuyama, but I would like to visit again when I am nearby.

I ate the pork bone special. It is a very delicious ramen according to the reputation. Even though it's pork bone, it's not greasy and it's an easy-to-drink soup. The char siu is soft and the noodles are very thin. About 5 people were lined up 30 minutes before the store opened, but almost 30 people were lined up just before the store opened. Before the store opens, there is no reception table and you will have to line up. After the store opens, you need to write your name on the reception table.
