Since I'm from Tsuyama's Jiro family, I stopped by on my way home. For 1,100 yen for a large ramen bowl of 500g, I was very satisfied! It's a shame that some of the toppings are sold out, but I'll be coming back again. The taste may look like crap, but it's actually a complete meal. The general is also friendly◎

It is a relatively easy-to-eat Jiro-style ramen. The soup is salty and has a deep, sharp taste. So it's quite thick noodles, but you don't get tired of it and you can go at once. Even with the "standard", the chopped garlic is pretty good, and the punch is added to the umami of the soup, making it very delicious. The saltiness, the sweetness and richness of the pork back fat, and the spiciness and flavor of the minced garlic are all in perfect balance, making this a soup that will leave you wanting more. Even with the "small", there are 200 grams of noodles, and it's filling. I'm glad that char siu is on both thick cut and normal thickness. Ah, the noodles are thick and sticky, so the "soup splashes", so women (well, men too) should be careful not to splatter on their chest or clothes when eating. It was a very delicious ramen.
