More Comments at Google MapThis is a ramen shop in youme Town Hirashima. Of course, there is an entrance inside the store, but there is also a direct entrance, so I think it is easy to use. The signboard says Koya Honten The subtitle of Yamaichi Shoten Ramen Research Institute is listed on the lower side. It seems that you are aiming to make ramen that sticks to domestic ingredients and no additives. This time I wanted a strong taste, so from the menu notation "New Oyadori Soba" 930 yen I ordered 1,050 yen with a large serving + 120 yen. The approach is different from Kasaoka ramen, and I had the impression that I wanted to try the signature menu Chinese soba and the limited miso ramen. The inside of the store was inspired by Eikichi Yazawa, and the music and posters were dyed with Ei-chan, but the atmosphere was comfortable and not noisy.
It is very different from the image of a ramen shop in a supermarket. I think it's serious. However, the volume may not be enough for hungry men. How to feel the price may be different for each person.
Ramen shop located inside Yume Town Hirashima store There are about 20 seats at the counter with 4 people side by side, and 2 tables for 4 people. There is a parking lot in Yume Town, so it is unlikely that you will not be able to park. You can't tell from the outside the inside of the store, but the ceiling is wide and it's bigger than I expected. Music is always being played from the Yume Town side, so loud and lively music is also being played inside the store. The menu is unusually modest for a chain restaurant of this type. Many of them focus on toppings, and when looking at soups, there are two types: Chinese and miso. Pork cutlet is also included as a topping, so it is friendly for people who are not satisfied with it. The set also comes with a mini bowl. It's hard to notice because there aren't many reviews, but I felt that the chicken was the most delicious at this restaurant. I came to the store because I was curious about the limited edition new Oyatori Soba on the online menu. I placed my order right away, but the clerk asked me to wait a moment and went to the kitchen. It wasn't long before he was told that he was running out of snacks. Is it really that popular, or are they not making it because it's a weekday? I'm not sure if it's true or not, but I decided to order a different menu. As I thought to myself, ``I wanted to try the new Oyadori soba,'' the manager spoke softly. ``If you don't mind, it's not much, but please try this.'' What came out was a small bowl of stewed chicken. I feel sorry that my feelings were conveyed, but I am grateful for the store manager's thoughtfulness. I was stunned when I received it just as I was waiting for the menu to arrive. The parent bird is too delicious The seasoning is light salty based on soy sauce. The texture is firm and crunchy. If the parent chicken is boiled too much, it will lose its texture, but if it is not boiled enough, the texture will be hard and the flavor will not penetrate. I realized this while walking on the bridge. ``The new Oyadori soba was so delicious that it sold out.'' I felt guilty for coming in the afternoon when the food was sold out, but I enjoyed the Oyadori. It didn't take long for me to receive the Chinese noodles (with Chinese topping) and mini chicken rice that I ordered. The simple Chinese noodles are topped with chopped green onions, Chinese pickles, and long thinly sliced chashu pork. I can't decide where to start when I see curly noodles peeking out from the transparent soup. First, I had the noodles as usual. The ramen itself is not that hot, in fact, you can eat it without cooling it down. Is this a consideration so that even children can eat it without getting burned? The noodles aren't very elastic, so you can easily cut them with your teeth without any resistance. Shinachiku is not much different from commercially available ones, or it is softer. The green onions may have been cut into large quantities, so they may have lost some of their flavor, but the flavor is still there. Char siu is soft and thin, so even if you eat it with noodles, it won't resist or get stuck in your teeth. The meat juice comes out well when you bite into it and goes down your throat easily. Overall impression of "old-fashioned Chinese noodles" The best type to eat at the end of a drink I couldn't tell from the menu that the mini chicken rice was a so-called fried chicken rice bowl. Before I ordered it, I looked at the menu and it looked like it had stewed chicken on it. A rice bowl with several large pieces of fried chicken cut in half and topped with sweet soy sauce. Not only does it look several times better than the menu, but it's also incredibly delicious. The sauce is the perfect match for the crunchy chicken. That's what I thought at first glance "Why isn't this a chicken specialty store?" The difference is that the parent chicken and fried chicken are served as the main menu. A friend of mine once told me, ``That's not the place to go to eat ramen,'' and I understood what he meant. The mini chicken rice I ordered as an extra with the ramen turned out to be the main dish. If I were to compare this deliciousness to something similar, it would be Most people in Okayama Prefecture have eaten Torimeshi at Hokka Hokkatei. It felt like that torimeshi was made several times better. If Koya's chicken rice were topped with chopped green onion seasoning, it would be criminally delicious. I'm writing this about two hours after I finished eating, and I'm thinking about when I should go next time. I sometimes hear about ramen restaurants where the fried rice is so delicious, but this is the first time I've heard of a ramen restaurant where the chicken is so delicious. The kind staff and delicious chicken will make you want to come back again.
