Setouchi, Okayama, Japan｜Maruban Okuten

I visited during lunch time after noon on weekdays. There is a parking lot, but it is almost full! When I entered the store thinking that I wouldn't have to wait, fortunately there was one table that had just finished eating, so I was able to clean up immediately and sit down without waiting. I ordered the daily set, and my husband first ordered dumplings and draft beer. I also shared gyoza and ate it (o^-^o) The dumplings were a good size and delicious! The chicken nanban, the side dish of the day, was crispy and delicious, and above all, the Chinese noodles were consistently delicious (o^-')b ! My husband then added a fried rice set. I don't have a picture, but it seems that there was a reasonable amount of half-fried rice, and it seems that the stomach was full. And it looked so delicious! smile Thanks for the meal~(-人-)

It was around 13:30 on Sunday, but it was prosperous! It was almost full, but I slipped into the counter (^ ^; I asked for a large serving of fried rice set noodles! The smell of pork bones in the store makes me excited (=´∀｀)⤴︎⤴︎ A large serving of pork bone Chinese noodles! This was my third visit to Maruban, but Maruban's tonkotsu soup was so delicious!? The umami of pork bones, the amount of oil, the richness of the soup, and the smooth, medium-thin noodles that go down your throat! Menma with a good texture, thin grilled pork with no texture! This is Maruban ramen! When you drink the soup, the mellowness that lingers will leave you wanting more! (⌯︎¤̴̶̷̀ω¤̴̶̷́)✧︎ Fried rice with a light texture and just the right amount of seasoning is sure to get you hooked! The compatibility with ramen is also perfect! It was like a nostalgic taste, but now it was a really delicious cup like a new taste (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) I will visit you again to have pork bone Chinese soba (^ ^)

I had the salt butter ramen and demi cutlet bowl set! Malvan? There may be a lot of people who think that way, but this is a restaurant where you can understand that if it's made by a different person, it's really delicious. You'll understand when you eat it! Recommended!
