I have 3 words only to describe my experience: Simply the best!!!

I visited for the first time because I was attracted by the beautiful storefront and the aroma of the roasted pork. I ordered Chinese soba noodles and large servings, but there seems to be no fried rice, which is a shame😅 The color of the soup is clear and golden, which is the exact opposite of what I expected from the sweet and salty aroma of the roasted pork! It's delicious, you can make it in the morning with this 😄I learned later that Kanban can be topped with back fat. I wonder what will happen with back fat in this gentle soup...I would like to try it next time. Oh, and garlic ramen too! ! Thank you for the feast🥰

I love the Chinese noodles here. Old-fashioned Chinese noodles. The fried chicken is also delicious😋. Nowadays, they offer various flavors such as tonkotsu, but my favorite is soy sauce ramen! ️
