I had Kashiwa Chinese soba with a strong taste. The soup made from carefully selected ingredients is full of delicious chicken extract! I got a dark one, so it was a little dark, but I was satisfied with the taste of Kasaoka. Noodles are crispy and chewy. Again, the chewy parent chicken was delicious without any bad habits. I felt that it was a real store that was likely to reach the top of the ranking even in Kasaoka, the home of Kasaoka. By the way, the noodle platter service has ended.

The store staff greets you cheerfully from the moment you enter the store, which makes you feel at ease. You buy from a ticket vending machine, but first-time visitors might be confused as there was no menu on the side of the ticket vending machine. I entered the store with two people, but later there were two other people who looked like they were visiting the store for the first time, so I let them go first, but they were both a little confused. This time I had soy sauce + chashu rice bowl + gyoza. My companion ordered Shio + fried chicken + rice. I think it took less than 10 minutes from ordering to serving. I've tried Kasaoka Ramen several times, and I wasn't very good at it, but the quality was so good that I wanted to come back for the first time. The soup had a distinct taste of chicken, and the perfect balance of soy sauce and oil. It was posted in the store that the noodles were a little firmer, but I ate them right after the bowl was served and they were just right. The chicken chashu had a nice texture, probably because it was made from parent chicken, and it wasn't too hard, but had a good texture. The fried chicken is juicy and light. It is not a type that uses a lot of garlic. The gyoza are deep-fried gyoza and there are three bite-sized pieces, so it's easy to eat. This was also a quick look. One thing that can be said about the entire menu is that almost no chemical seasonings are used. The overall dish was light, but even though I like pork bones, I found it delicious, and the soup stock was quite strong. There were Korean chili peppers, Japanese pepper garlic, and black pepper for different tastes, and I had the fried chicken and ramen sprinkled with Japanese pepper garlic, and they went perfectly together. The inside of the store was thoroughly cleaned, and there wasn't a speck of dust on it, and there was no sticky or peppery stains on the desks that are typical of restaurants. The restrooms are also kept clean and the cleaning schedule is not written randomly, so you can see that the general manager and his staff are working as a team. When I thanked her for the delicious meal on the way home, she came out of the kitchen and responded with a smile. All of the restaurants in Tsuyama were of high quality. I would like to have it repeated. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by when I came back to Tsuyama. I was interested in both Ushio and Chinese soba, When I told them that I would like to have two cups, they said, "It's better to start with the tide," and the staff also liked it. I think that the soy sauce flavor may be too harsh for those who like light mouthfeel, but the kashiwa char siu has a good texture and is soaked in flavor. This is the type that makes you want rice, so please refer to those who stop by. Thank you very much for coming out of the kitchen to say hello to the staff and the general when you left the store despite your busy schedule. Thank you for your meal It was delicious.
