AMAZING! I can't compliment this ramen enough. I went with my partner and I got the dipping noodles and he got this beautiful black pepper ramen. While my dish was also extremely delicious the black pepper ramen blew my mind. I am a lover of deep flavors and usually fancy a tonkontsu ramen as a result. I didn't even know black pepper ramen existed until coming to this place and now it most definitely has become one of my favorites. The flavor is so deep and has such a great punch of black pepper flavor in every bite. This dish is definitely on the opposite side of the healthy scale, and you will feel it afterwards, but I say it's completely worth it to treat yourself to this ramen every once in awhile. You will not regret it!

I decided to go to this store, which I had been curious about for a while lol😆 I was interested in this store because I saw it while waiting at a traffic light, but it was difficult to easily enter. This is because the parking lot can only park 5 cars in front of the store. Moreover, there were many cars waiting at traffic lights in front of me, making it difficult to enter and exit, so I was hesitant. I went today with full intentions. As soon as I saw that the parking lot was empty, I pulled in right away lol. The inside of the store was deeper than I expected, and the space was larger than it looked. The waiting space was spacious and felt like being in some kind of temple. It was a meal ticket system, and payment was only in cash. Here, I tried the most popular special Chinese soba. We were carefully guided to our seats, and the inside of the restaurant had the feel of a restaurant for adults, with a calm atmosphere. There are 4 counter seats, 5 tables, and 3 tatami mats, which is not a large number of seats, but they are well spaced and it feels spacious. While you wait, your ramen will arrive. Of the beautifully arranged toppings, the thing that caught my attention was the black soup. It uses black soy sauce from Aichi Prefecture and has an interesting appearance. I thought it would be a bit salty, but it wasn't, it was light and had a rich seafood flavor. The toppings are plentiful, including thin green onions, seasoned eggs, menma, chashu pork, and wontons. The flavored eggs are well seasoned and give a sense of elegance. It contained homemade wontons, which was both stylish and filling. When I slurped the noodles, they were straight, chewy, and had a good texture. It went well with the soup and mixed the soup in a nice way. I am very satisfied with this elegant taste at this price. Overall, I thought it was well balanced and didn't put any strain on my stomach. I quite liked the taste, the customer service was good, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. I would like to give it 5 stars! However, I would like to point out that the parking lot is difficult to use.

When you look at the exterior of the ramen soup, the visual reminds you of Toyama Black. Its characteristic is that it reminds you of a black ninja suit, but the saltiness of the soup is lower than you think. Kotochi ramen developed in the industrial city of Hamamatsu, ninja ramen, is also characterized by straight somen noodles. Consider the joy of enjoying ninja-style ramen with eel in Hamamatsu, which is famous for its freshwater eel cuisine! - Travel writer - Book (著書): I came to eat ramen - Instagram @ SOULSUNGI - YOUTUBE @ SOULSUNGI
