I was looking for a ramen shop that looked good and ended up here. The interior of the store, which was based on black, was not as spacious as I expected, and was rather cozy. I think there were 6 seats at the counter and about 4 tables. The kitchen was right in front of the counter, and I thought I could see the food being made, but the counter was so low that I couldn't see it. When I came to this restaurant, there was a sign posted at the entrance telling me to order banagyo and pork soba, so I ordered that. What is Banagyo? The dumplings are filled with banana and honey, and are probably original to this restaurant. It was written on the notice board that the banagyo would take a while to cook, so while I was waiting, the pork soba was brought to me first. Five thick slices of grilled pork, topped with white onions, mitsuba leaves, seaweed, and seasoned eggs. I chose light soy sauce, and it was really light! The light soup, chewy medium-thick noodles, and grilled pork combine to create a well-balanced dish. It's really easy to eat and you can slurp it up. When the banana fish arrived, I decided to try it first without adding anything. I felt a slight sweetness in the skin. Ann said that it was light and not meaty, but still had the flavor of gyoza. It's difficult to express in words, so please try it yourself. Also, the instructions said to eat it with plenty of chili oil, so I did that, but it left a tangy sensation on my tongue. Eat all the gyoza Add the last spurt to the pork soba. Needless to say, I couldn't stop drinking it and wanted to keep sipping it for the rest of my life. that's right. What I liked about this restaurant was that the owner was very particular about his ramen. No Ramen No Life! ?

I found this restaurant as a result of looking for something to eat on the way home from a concert at Gaishi Hall. One man and one woman ordered a rich pork soba + iron plate kimchi fried rice set, light pork soba, and fried chicken with homemade tartar sauce. Unfortunately, I am not good at tartar sauce, so I told them that I would like it to be divided into separate plates, and they happily accepted. A person like the store manager communicates well with the staff and runs the hall, and a group of foreign tourists came to the store on the way, but it was very pleasant to respond flexibly to the situation. When I tasted the dish, I found that the pork soba was heavy with a few slices of char siu pork on top, but I could eat more and more. Finished grilled fried rice. It was a delicious taste that permeated my body, which was a little tired from the excitement of the concert all day long. I had a bite of my partner's light pork soba soup, but it was light and easy to eat. I was full and satisfied, so I felt that I ate about 3000 yen or 4000 yen, but the bill was about 2600 yen. In front of this shop, a hamburger shop in Shizuoka! The two of us were worried about whether to make a steak restaurant, but we decided on this restaurant and it was a great answer. The food, service, and atmosphere were all very pleasant, and it was a shop that made me want to come again. thank you very much! !

It was my first time visiting Chicken salt soba, pork bowl, and gyoza were all delicious. Especially the salt soba soup. The pork bowl with yuzu pepper was the best.
