Purchase a meal ticket and take a seat until you are guided inside. Soy sauce dipping soba, the taste of the dipping soup is a little strong, but you can dilute it with kelp water to your liking, so it's perfect for someone who likes a strong taste. I wished the noodles were a little thicker, but compared to the kelp water tsukemen I ate elsewhere, it's a few hundred yen cheaper, so I think it's good value for money. Shiso seeds are attached, but I love shiso, so I tore off the fruits, but I am very satisfied with the fragrance. I had a little refreshment with apple cider vinegar. And the chashu is soft. I wanted to eat a set with roasted rare char siu rice bowl, but it was sold out after 13:00 on Saturday, so I'm sorry. The aedama, noodles, and fish powder were delicious, The rice was delicious in the pork rice bowl, Everything went smoothly.

I was looking for a ramen shop in Irino and found this shop. I always pass by after it closes, so I went this time so as not to be late. However, it was just the last order. Although it is a small shop, there was ample parking available. When you enter the store, there is a ticket vending machine where you select and purchase. I didn't look very closely, but it seemed like they only accepted cash payments. I chose the Tanrei Chinese Soba with Aged Soy Sauce and Char Siu Mabushi Set. There aren't that many menus, so you don't have to get lost. I was guided inside the store, and while I was waiting, I looked around the store, and it felt more like a soba restaurant than a ramen restaurant. The interior was black with a kitchen in the center, a counter around it, and tables for the rest. After waiting for a while, the ramen was brought out. Overall beautifully made, with a deep flavor of aged soy sauce. And a bite of noodles, "Mmm, this is different from any ramen I've had before." The noodles were crispy and chewy, just like soba noodles. They went well with the aged soy sauce and were very good. The toppings were seaweed, green onion, naruto, chashu, and rare chashu. I think I saw Naruto🍥 at a ramen shop for the first time in a while. Eat rare char siu quickly to prevent it from cooking. Eat it early, wrapped in ramen. This is already exquisite. It was a luxurious bite. I was satisfied with just the ramen, but I still have the chashu maki. You can eat it as it is, or you can eat it with dashi soup. The chashu on top is cut into small pieces, but I felt that the whole dish with all the dashi soup and seasonings was the most delicious, rather than eating it normally. This is also satisfying. As for the taste, I can't really complain. I think this ramen is light and easy to eat, even for women who are new to ramen. One thing to note is that they close at 10pm, but the last order is at 9:30pm. There was a car coming in just as I was leaving, but it was after the last order, so they didn't seem to be able to eat. I'm very happy to have such a delicious ramen restaurant in my neighborhood.

My husband and I went there, and it was so delicious that two bowls weren't enough, so we added TKM (egg noodles) and ended up having three bowls in total 😂 My personal favorite is tsukemen with bonito kelp water! The taste was strange and I was even more satisfied with the Japanese pepper on the table and kelp vinegar 👍 However, the waiting space and the toilet are burning hell... There was a fan in the waiting room, but I thought it would be nice if there was a circulator in the toilet as it could be small!
