Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Asakusa Ken bun-ten

Very good. I love this ramen.

The menu is simple and delicious, including ramen and gyoza. It's always crowded no matter what time I go. The rotation is good, so even if you have to wait a little while, you can enter the store right away.

Visited on a Monday around 11:30. I waited in the restaurant for about 10 minutes, but my order was taken during that time, and my meal was served shortly after I was shown to my seat. A set of a large Chinese soba and 5 gyoza pieces costs just 1,000 yen. The taste is classic and you'll want to eat it again and again.The noodles are thin and curly, and the soup is light but quite greasy and rich. The char siu is the old-fashioned firm type, but I think it goes well with the ramen at this restaurant. I was thrilled to be able to meet a delicious ramen shop in Hamamatsu for the first time (^^)
