Definitely salt here! The soy sauce is also quite delicious and I drank it up, but the salt is at a level where I want another soup! Both the general and the store are quiet and calm.

I ate chicken soba salt for 1,250 yen. It's expensive, but it's delicious. I could taste the flavor of shellfish, so I thought it was clams, but when I asked about it, I was told it was scallops. And the secret ingredient? It looks like they use truffles. Both the chicken char siu and pork char siu are delicious.
