More Comments at Google MapNumber 3, very good tonkotsu, with the best bamboo shoots I ever ate
When I was commuting to work, I found the morning ramen Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 6:30-8:30 under the Mendai sign! When I went to the store around 7:30 on Friday, the store was open for business.I usually eat thick ramen, but it seems like Kurume ramen is the only ramen available in the morning. I've never had Kurume ramen, so I don't know, but it's 580 yen, and I think you'll be satisfied with the amount of ingredients. Spare balls are also reasonable at 100 yen. I would like to go again in the morning when I can. I came to the store for lunch because I was on paid leave. There were a few cars parked in the parking lot. I wonder if I'll have to wait? I open the door and enter the restaurant. Even though it's a weekday lunch, there are quite a few customers, including one woman. I wanted to eat tsukemen today, so as soon as I sat down, I immediately ordered koi tsukemen and white rice. I didn't have to wait long, and the ramen came quickly. It was koi ramen for the tsukemen. I dipped the noodles in the thicker soup and slurped it up.It was a triple combination of pork bone, chicken, and fish. The taste was different from the one I usually go to at Yamaoka's.Even though it was tsukemen, I ordered a substitute.I can't do it at Yamaoka's.After I finished eating the substitute, I added split soup, garlic, and pickled ginger to the remaining soup. I put in all the white rice I had for lunch. It doesn't have to be vulgar or gross, as long as it's delicious. Thank you for the meal today.
I got some ramen in the morning. Kurume ramen was delicious.
