Whenever I want to eat tsukemen, I always go to this restaurant. Even if I eat tsukemen at other restaurants, I think this restaurant is the best in Hamamatsu City. Parking space is limited, the restaurant is only open during the day (closes as soon as the dipping sauce runs out), and waiting times can be long due to the time it takes to boil the noodles and the large number of visitors. From April 2023, the store will be closed on Thursdays and Fridays, so please keep this in mind when visiting the store.

Visited with a friend on January 4th after the New Year's Eve. I arrived 10 minutes before the store opened, but there was a line in front of the store in the cold. After entering, purchase a ticket for special Tsukemen Atsumori (1000 yen) and Noodles Large Serving (150 yen) at the ticket vending machine on the right. Enter the store at the end of the queue → Wait for a while in the store and take a seat. There are only 10 seats at the counter. It took about 9 minutes after handing over the meal ticket until the offer. A level that will pass as soon as you get self water or finish the restroom. A bowl of rice. The noodles are thick and chewy. Unlike the firmness that is produced by the degree of boiling, it is a solid one that feels chewy due to its density. If you dip it in the dipping sauce and lift it up, it will pick up the dipping sauce well. Menma and half-boiled egg are added to the bowl. The dipping sauce is highly viscous with fishmeal, leaving a rough texture of the fishmeal on the tongue. Because yuzu is added as a secret ingredient, you can enjoy a complex flavor that includes freshness beyond the saltiness and seafood broth. The entanglement with the noodles is outstanding, and when you finish eating the noodles, the soup will almost disappear. This one contains green onions, thinly sliced and diced char siu pork, bamboo shoots, and seaweed. The amount of this dipping sauce is exquisite, and the amount that is just right for the soup after eating is left in the bowl. The soup wari adds a bowlful of soup stock and fish powder, but the moment you put it in your mouth, the scent of yuzu comes out all at once. I drank it refreshingly. Together with the efficient operation of the chef, who is in charge of cooking, and the energetic woman who speaks well, I could feel the attitude of carefully making tsukemen that is faithful to the basics. It's very reassuring to have a store like this nearby these days when you're hesitant to go out. Repeat confirmed! When visiting by car, please note that you cannot park in the asphalt parking lot in front of the store. South of that, the gravel parking lot is the correct answer.

Special Tsukemen Atsoku 1,050 yen Tsukemen Kyozo Since I went to Shitoro, I visited Kyozo for the first time, which I had always wanted to visit. It was almost noon, but luckily there were plenty of seats available. The rich seafood soup goes well with the thick noodles. The soup contains pork sticks thicker than a pencil, menma, flat pork chops, green onions, and naruto. The noodles are thick, but they don't have the stiff texture of Jiro-style noodles, and they have a firm texture. The flavored eggs are creamy and seasoned to your liking. At the end of the meal, I ordered some soup, and it was delicious to the very end.
