I got the tsukemen recommended by the owner. The flavor is a little different from other stores, it doesn't leave a feeling on the tongue, and it's refreshing and easy to drink. The flavor of the seafood-based broth is unforgettable. When I asked about it, I was told that the broth is made from 3 types of dried sardines, tuna shells, and mussels from Lake Hamana. Indeed, I was convinced that these three types may not have been tasted at other stores. The appetizer, fried chicken, is also made with a unique method, so you can enjoy the crispness evenly. I've never had a crispy fried texture like this before, so I hope you'll give it a try.

I ate the most popular chicken paitan salt ramen written on the menu. First of all, I was a little surprised that the soup was pure white! It looked beautiful and the ingredients were stylishly arranged. The light but flavorful soup made me drink it all the way to the end. The noodles were my favorite thin noodles and very delicious. I also had the fried chicken, which was large and had a lot of flavor and was delicious. I want to go eat there again.
