I ordered tonkotsu ramen on my lunch visit. Although it is concentrated, it is not heavy. It was delicious pork bone soup 🍜 Salted pork bone has the natural sweetness of the ingredient, and the soup is both gentle and thick. Goes well with medium thick noodles. Soy sauce tonkotsu is a well-balanced soup with a dashi flavor as the main character. Hopefully, I would like to try an arrangement with more soy sauce. The fried rice and gyoza in the set were also delicious. My wife was also satisfied. It was a seriously delicious ramen that was completely satisfying and didn't cause stomach upset or heartburn. I came here because I was curious about this store as it was always on the path I used to play Pokemon GO. The chicken was salty and delicious. I often get upset when I eat tonkotsu-based ramen, but this ramen seems to be gentle on my stomach and makes me feel good. I would like to try a different flavor next time.
