Fried noodles with crunchy noodles where you add your own sauce. This is a store I've been going to for over 50 years. I think it may be due to the soaring price of flour, but the portion size has changed from large portions to regular portions. It's a popular ramen shop, but I prefer yakisoba.

I posted at another ramen shop yesterday, but obviously the ramen soup here is better. I usually don't drink all the soup because of the salt content, but today I drank it all. The people next to me drank all of it, and I realized that it was still delicious.

It's a restaurant that feels like an old-fashioned ramen restaurant that I've been to several times. You buy a meal ticket at the entrance, and there are only 4 seats for 4 people and 2 seats for 2 people, and sometimes you will have to share a table. The style is that you drink your own water and clean up the dishes after eating, so it's hard to relax inside the store, and the turnover is fast and customers keep coming in one after another. This time I ordered chashu noodles. The medium curly noodles mixed with the slightly thick soup are very delicious, and the chashu is also easy to eat and has a lot of flavor. It's one of my favorite stores.
