Opening on December 15, 2020✨ The name ``Umi'' is pronounced ``Umi'' instead of ``Kai.'' The husband is a former fisherman. When I entered the store as soon as it opened, I saw a cute young lady drawing at a table. Baby on wife's back lol This is a very homely shop run by a family. ■Chinese soba It's a delicious ramen with a strong flavor from the dashi stock, and the soup is clear. Personally, I'm more attracted to it than Ryuju, which costs 1,000 yen per cup. Those who like richness may have different tastes, but if you like soy sauce ramen, you can't go wrong. ■Charshu bowl It's a sauce with less sweetness, more like soy sauce. I don't like sweet seasonings, which is my preference. ■Chair The chair in the back or the second from the back It's wobbly and a little uncomfortable to sit on. ■Parking lot Only 2 cars in front of the store. You can secure your seat by arriving 5 minutes before opening.

The shop is about 5 minutes by car from my house, and it has a good reputation, so I entered the shop at the same time as the 6 o'clock turnover. Several parking lots are secured in front of the store, but it may be difficult to park a large car. The store is clean and the owner's customer service is pleasant. This time I ordered "Chicken salt ramen" and "Torikara (5 pieces)". The chicken salt ramen that was brought to us shortly after was served with a clear soup, a rich aroma, and a deep umami flavor. The chicken char siu topping is also delicious, as you can see the careful work. Also, the chicken has a soy sauce-flavored garlic flavor that goes well with beer. This store is definitely better than the fried chicken specialty store with the same seasoning! Next time, I plan to order "Chinese noodles" and "Goro fried rice". Postscript 1: This time, I ordered “Chinese noodles” and “Goro fried rice”. "Chuka soba" is a light soy sauce ramen with a slightly sweet soup. On the other hand, "Goro fried rice" has a lot of diced char siu as the name suggests, and the taste is strong as to who is stir-frying char siu. Postscript 2: Today, I ordered "pork salt ramen" and "fried dumplings (5 pieces)". "Pork salt ramen" has more punch than chicken salt, and the pork ribs and seasoned eggs are also delicious. "Age gyoza" seems to be a popular product, and although it is a small gyoza that is crispy and deep-fried, it is packed with bean paste and can be eaten. But why is there no chili oil on the table? Addendum 3: This time, we selected “white soup ramen” and “toridon”. "Paitan ramen" is a highly original soup made by adding bonito stock to chicken paitan, and is sprinkled with fried garlic, making it rich yet surprisingly refreshing. On the other hand, the "Tori-don" has a fun contrast between the roasted chicken char siu, which seems to be homemade, and the flavored egg, and is also a dish that cannot be tasted at other stores. Addendum 4: Tonight I ordered “Miso Ramen” and “Char Siu Rice Bowl”. Some people said that the miso ramen was salty, but that was never the case. The char siu rice bowl topped with diced char siu has a light seasoning. 1050 yen for these two is exceptional! Addendum 5: Tonight, I ordered "chilled ramen" and "grilled dumplings (5 pieces)" from the summer menu. Chilled ramen is a Japanese-style taste of chicken bones and bonito soup stock. The topping mizuna is doing a good job. Like the fried gyoza, the fried gyoza was also delicious with a firm flavor. Addendum 6: Today I also ordered the "Hiyashi Chuka" from the summer-only menu. It is a very original chilled Chinese dish, and the crunchy bean sprouts and mizuna greens, chewy noodles, and moderately sour soup are well-balanced and very delicious. At the same time, I ordered "Tori-don" with bamboo shoots added to it, making it even more delicious. In addition, the price has been raised a little due to the recent high prices, but it was within the acceptable range because there was a feeling that the conventional price was too cheap.

Originally, I avoided garlic because I felt that the flavor of the dashi was strong and the seasoning was weak, but when I decided to add it, the original taste remained and it became even more delicious. I highly recommend it. chicken salt ramen A combination of very light soup and thin curly noodles. However, the soup stock is strong and delicious. For example, it's ``low-salt soup''. The combination of ingredients was similar to condiments, giving it a lighter taste and making it easier to eat. It's been a long time since I last drank ramen soup alone. One thing I was disappointed with was that the soup was too delicate and didn't match well with the noodles. I felt that the taste of the soup was not able to get through to the noodles. Chinese noodles This one had a strong taste, and I was glad that it had a different taste than chicken salt. It is described as a soup with a bit of soy sauce added to chicken salt soup. pork salt ramen Where are the pigs? I didn't really taste the pork, but perhaps because the sweetness of the pork was in the soup, the flavor complemented the salt and made this one of the best dishes. Miso Ramen The miso soup had a refreshing taste that didn't leave a lasting impression in your mouth. It tastes like Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen, and the sweetness of the corn brings out the flavor of the soup. Even though it was miso ramen, I ended up drinking all of the soup. Nibo salt ramen A soup with the perfect combination of salt and dried sardines. At first, I thought that the dried sardines had a strong appeal as I ate them, but before I knew it, I started to insist on the salt as well. I drank all the soup again, thinking it was bad for me. Hot water ramen Is this pork bone? The pork is very appealing, but it doesn't have any of the odor or stickiness that is typical of pork bones, giving the impression that it is a pork bone with a clear flavor. It's not the richest of the ramen at this restaurant, but it's generally a light pork bone. The garlic chips sprinkled on top also do a nice job and remind me of Kumamoto ramen. Even if you compete with this flavor in Fukuoka, it will sell well. I finished the soup. Niboshi hot water ramen I think this differs in taste. It's made in such a way that you can feel the depth of the soup after eating it several times. The first time I tried it, I was under the impression that the seafood and hot water were fighting each other in taste. The second time was ``Feel the fusion of flavors like reconciliation after a fight.'' The soup completely overturned the transparent soups of this restaurant, and the flavors of niboshi, white water, and garlic danced around in my mouth, and I finished eating before I could fully understand the flavors in my head. The second time, I was able to feel the depth of the soup that lay ahead. I think the third time will bring out a different flavor. Nori salt ramen It will be available for a limited time around February. A bowl of torisio ramen topped with sea lettuce from Lake Hamana. As mentioned above, the soup has a light taste, so you can really feel the seaweed flavor of the sea lettuce. Since it is not ``seaweed,'' the sea lettuce spreads evenly throughout the bowl, allowing you to enjoy a uniform taste from the beginning to the end of the meal. tsukemen The tsukemen is eaten in a piping hot soup with a strong salty flavor based on chicken salt soup, making it easy to eat. However, like the chicken salt ramen, I felt that the soup was not able to overcome the noodles. chilled ramen The slightly sweet soup mixed well with the noodles that had been soaked in cold water and was delicious. It's even better if you add a little pepper. Garlic doesn't go well with this. Abura soba I can't compare it to others because I'm not used to eating it, but I think it's delicious. Even better if you add a little garlic. Goro fried rice It's more of a spicy fried rice, with just the right amount of chashu to stimulate the taste and texture. It's also delicious. Char siu bowl The char siu was cut to the right size and had a good texture, and the sauce was just the right amount of sweetness, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. It's also delicious. Whitebait bowl The flavor is light and easy to customize to your liking. I think it tastes better with a little soy sauce. Or, I think it's better to eat food with strong flavors in a standing position that allows you to rest your chopsticks. chicken bowl This rice bowl is made with plenty of chicken and has a different flavor from the chashu rice bowl. It felt a little bland. Fried Chicken It was delicious and spicy with a good amount of volume and a strong garlic seasoning. I think it's a bit reckless to order ramen, goro fried rice, and fried chicken. chinese dumpling I didn't find it particularly original, but I thought it was delicious to eat.
