This is one of best noodle places in Japan.

Mazesoba medium size 1,050 yen I always pass by the store on my way to work, but I visited for the first time around 8:20 on my way home after dropping my family off at Hamamatsu Station. There were no customers ahead of me, so I placed my bag on the chair and was prompted to buy a meal ticket. The shop owner's shaved head and black clothes give off a slightly spicy atmosphere. When I asked to exchange the only 10,000 yen bill I had, I waited for about 3 minutes without receiving a response such as "Please wait a moment" because it seemed like I couldn't take my hand off. I bought a meal ticket and was about to go back to my previous seat when I was told, ``Please sit in this seat,'' and was assigned the seat closest to the entrance. The second tangy atmosphere. Finally, when I asked for a follow-up meal, I was asked to hand over the bowl containing the noodles, and a small amount of dashi soup, salmon flakes, salted kelp, and arare were placed on top of the white rice. If I left it in a bowl, the bowl would be too big and I wouldn't be able to scoop it all in at the end, so I transferred it all to separate plates and added all the remaining condiments, leaving no liquid behind. I was able to enjoy a variety of different flavors and enjoyed the food until the end.
