The green onions in [Mini Green Onion Char Siu Bowl] are not cooked through oiling or blanching, so the raw white-haired green onions have a strong spiciness, which is a bit disappointing. I had green onion salt pork noodles. The char siu is juicy and succulent, It was a great satisfaction. The clerk was also refreshing and lively. I want to go again!
