This is a soup with a strong flavor of dried sardines. I got the impression that it contained more oil than the morning-only ramen. It was also delicious.

■ Careful soup, careful presentation, ramen that shines with careful work! Visited on a Thursday afternoon. The parking lot in front of the store was empty, so I slipped into the store. There are few seats in the store, with 4 counter seats and 2 tables. I ordered meat soba (large) and dried sardines ramen. While being surprised by the lightness of the soup, I enjoyed it with char siu and noodles. I chose (Large) instead of (Small) without thinking, but it was a little too much. If you don't think about the strange taste and eat it, it might get spicy in the second half (laughs), but it was a very delicious ramen!

Great balance between soup and noodles it was delicious. The curry is so rich that there isn't enough rice. Thank you for the meal.
