Very good

I ate ramen, fried rice, and gyoza, all of which were really delicious.Next is the specialty that everyone ordered? I want to eat stir-fried vegetables. The inside of the store is not sticky and feels clean, and the customers are full and lively!

I hurriedly returned to my parents' home in Hamamatsu for a whirlwind week, and visited them at noon the day before I returned to Fukuoka. I visited before 12 o'clock on a weekday, and there was only one empty parking lot in the parking lot of about 10 cars. Actually, this was my first time visiting the store, and at my house, we always buy gyoza in bulk and freeze them in stock. I always get frozen gyoza sent from my parents' house (lol) So, on my long-awaited first visit to the store, I ordered medium gyoza (10 pieces), Chinese noodles, and fried rice. While you wait, set up the gyoza sauce. The chili oil here is traditional chili oil, which has a rich flavor and is very spicy even though it has a lot of flavor! If you don't like spicy food, I think you can leave out the seasoning and just use a drop of chili oil (lol) Now, the long-awaited gyoza will be served. As soon as you take a bite, you will notice that even though the contents are the same as regular gyoza, the difference between them and frozen gyoza is obvious (lol) The bean paste, skin, chili oil, and sauce come together to create an exquisite dish! The baked skin is crispy, but still moist, and the filling is perfectly flavored. The garlic isn't strong, but it's not too much, and even women can eat as many gyoza as they like here. In my opinion, these are the best gyoza in Japan. Next is the appearance of Chinese noodles. Nostalgic Chinese noodles that look perfect! Char siu, menma, green onion, naruto, egg, and seaweed! Enjoy the Chinese noodles that you have dreamed of. First, let's start with the soup. When you bring the astragalus close to your mouth, you can smell the flavors of chicken bones and soy sauce. If you eat it all the time, you can't help but smile. It's light yet rich, and it's so delicious that you can't help but gulp it down (lol). Next, when I had the noodles, the medium-thin chidire noodles (I think they would be medium-thick noodles in Fukuoka) had a chewy texture and went easily with the soy sauce soup! The menma toppings are also thickly sliced, giving it a chewy texture, and the chashu pork is on the verge of becoming melty, giving you a sense of texture and fat. It's so delicious It's been so long since I ate Chinese noodles that I can't even remember how many years it was! Combined with the reason for my sudden return to my parents' home, I felt a little emotional. I was left with an impression that my companion was also enthusiastic about eating the Chinese noodles. Finally, fried rice appears. It looks like normal fried rice with no lard taste (lol) I was impressed with the gyoza and Chinese noodles, so I have high expectations! When you take a bite, you could say it's like the fried rice you get at a Chinese restaurant in town, and it's somewhere between the crunchy texture of authentic Chinese food and the gooey texture of a ramen restaurant. Personally, I don't have a lard taste, so this is the best. The taste is neither strong nor thin, and the salty taste is exquisite! You could say that gyoza and Chinese noodles go well together, but I can't beat either of them! This fried rice is also delicious. Even though I've been serving gyoza for decades, I can't believe that something other than gyoza was so delicious... I was very satisfied with my first visit to the store! We highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. I wonder when the next one will come... I will definitely come again. It was really really delicious. Thank you for the treat.
