Powerful soup and long wheat-fragrant noodle strings. Soft homemade noodles. Chopped green onions and large char siu. This is a wonderful cup that is carefully made. ✨ If you love Shina Soba and Ichimon Everyone can enjoy a satisfying cup of coffee. Due to the location, public transportation🚐🚌🚎 There aren't that many, so you'll need to come by car. I've been to Shina Soba and the main branch, but I couldn't go to Hibumi because of the location, but I thought it was a restaurant run by a disciple of the master Mr. Minoru Sano.
