We had to wait a bit for our order to come but it was worth it! The white miso ramen was soooooo rich and delicious 🤤 Definitely want to go back again!

Ninniku ramen is the best

I received the special Maru 18 Ramen at MARUJU-YA in Hamakita. The miso soup feels strong at first, but the aftertaste is refreshing and mellow enough that you can drink it all. The noodles were imported from Hokkaido, and they go well with this soup and are delicious😋I had never imagined that miso would go well with seaweed, but it was amazing when soaked in the soup and combined with the noodles. The fried rice is also delicious with the miso as a hidden ingredient. There is no cone in the photo, but I received one from the store clerk later. I also learned for the first time that red ginger goes well with miso. It's a store you'll want to visit.
