It is now a popular restaurant with lines in Toyohashi city, but it is a delicious restaurant that you should come to eat at the national level. "Rich Tsukemen" and "Grilled Cheese Rice Porridge" are the most popular menu items in the store, but personally, the quality of "Chuka Soba Soy Sauce Flavor" and "Chilled Soup with Tanrei Kombu Water Tsukemen" are very good. I definitely recommend it to ramen enthusiasts. The noodles are made from domestically produced wheat, and the noodles are made from whole grains and Aichimochi barley. Medium-watered noodles Straight noodles with a square cross section of about 1.1 x 2.8 mm and a length of about 30 cm. Usually, the female staff are energetic and polite to customers, but recently, it seems that the number of male staff has increased. There are only 8 counter seats in the store, and there are waiting chairs for about 6 people in the store. There are chairs and benches for about 8 people outside the store. When lining up outside the store, follow the staff's instructions, write your name on the store wait note, and wait outside. When you are guided into the store in order, you will be prompted to purchase at the ticket vending machine, and you will order there. When there are many family customers, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes for the eight counters to go around, This shop is worth the wait. This is my personal evaluation, I'm from a local gachimen dojo that sells homemade noodles, but I think it's original and very delicious.

Toyohashi Tsukemen shop🍜 P: Parking available (about 10 spaces) The popular tsukemen restaurant was full around 12:00 and we had to wait for about 30 minutes! There are 8 seats all at the counter. There are 6 seats inside the restaurant and 2 seats outside. *Rich Tsukemen 200g (average) ¥950 I had the most popular ``Rich Tsukemen''! The noodles are thick and chewy (I like thick noodles ♡) The soup is served in a stone pot and is simmering from the moment it is served. It was rich and delicious with the taste of seafood such as dried sardines and the soy sauce base. It comes with lemon and wasabi, so I recommend it because it tastes refreshing (I heard it's good to put it directly on the noodles) There are two types of chashu: grilled pork and duck (?). To finish off, we recommend ordering zosui separately from the soup, but you can also mix it with dashi stock to make it mellower and more delicious! Although it's not pictured, the burnt butter char siu rice bowl also had a lot of diced char siu on it, and the buttery flavor was really strong, and it was delicious even when you dipped it in the soup at the end! ︎ *Personally, there is also a photo of the noodles being prepared, and I feel that they look more delicious.

I don't usually eat tsukemen, but I like this one. The dipping soup will be made into cheese risotto later, so you can enjoy it till the end.
