I used to use this Koryu-san a lot when it first opened, but it's really been a long time since I've been there. This time, I had the tonkotsu soy sauce ramen topped with white onions and a large gyoza. One thing I regretted a bit was that although they usually offered free chopped green onions, I didn't have to top it with white onions that had a strong flavor and a crunchy texture... However, the dumplings had a good flavor and were served on a hot iron plate, so they were very delicious.
