I found this shop while looking for a ramen shop. I thought it was a normal ramen shop, but it turned out to be a tsukemen specialty shop. First of all, it was easy to find the store, but I wasn't sure where to park. There are 3 parking spaces next to the store and a gravel parking lot that can accommodate 5 vehicles. It's fine for those who know about it, but it's definitely a killer at first sight. The gravel parking lot was quite cramped with narrow spaces in the front, back, left and right. Well, I guess it's good that I was stopped. When I first entered the restaurant, there were 7 counter seats in front of the kitchen, and 2 tables at the window. Honestly, it's small. Meal tickets are paid in advance, and cold drinks are self-serve. There were only two people in the kitchen, and it seemed like the minimum number of people was working. From the looks of it, it looks like it's busy. This time I tried making simple tsukemen. In front of the counter was the kitchen, where I could see the noodles being drained in a colander. After about 5 minutes of waiting, the tsukemen was ready. Thick noodles, seaweed, menma, and dipping sauce included three small pieces of chashu and green onions. When you check the taste from the dipping sauce, the rich soup seems to be concentrated with seafood ingredients, giving it a deep flavor. The noodles were thick, had a core, and had a chewy texture. When the noodles and soup are united, the rich soup mixes with the thick noodles and makes a batch 👊. Before I knew it, I was slurping the noodles for a long time. For some reason it won't stop. The owner looked young and quiet, and perhaps because of that, the store had a quiet atmosphere. Although the service was minimal, I was able to enjoy the delicious tsukemen and was satisfied.

Meat and potato tsukemen 950 yen (+100 yen for large serving) After all, if you want seafood and pork bone tsukemen, this is the place. The thick noodles are springy and very filling. Free rice on weekdays is also nice. By adding rice, you can completely finish the soup. Limited edition items on this day. Nikujaga...or rather, it was seafood pork bone topped with ground meat and potatoes, but that's okay because you can enjoy the consistent seafood pork bone. After adding the last rice, there was plenty of ground meat and it felt better than usual!

Seafood tsukemen is the best This time, a large serving of curry tsukemen Curry goes well with seafood Even if it's belly bread, you can't miss the rice porridge to finish. Put the bowl containing the leftover soup on the counter and have the soup poured in. Rice is behind the counter, self The parking lot is on the right side of the store In the narrow alley just after passing the store If the car is full, there are several parking spaces in the gravel parking lot surrounded by a fence just over there. hey A popular store with people waiting outside Once inside, wait inside after purchasing at the ticket machine. Before you are guided to your seat, the owner will come to confirm your order, saying, "Please give me a ticket first."
