Aonori seaweed, soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, green onions, char siu, and well-balanced ingredients are on top. The fried rice is evenly covered in oil, and although it's simple with green onions, eggs, and char siu, the aroma and saltiness are exquisite. I wondered why I hadn't been there before. Next time I want to try Motsunabe Ramen. The female customer service was kind, and that was also a good impression.
