Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Hamataro Handayamaten

While on a trip, I visited Hamataro-san for lunch as it came highly recommended. Although it was a weekday, during lunch time, there were a lot of customers. I waited for about 10 minutes, but I was glad that the hall staff and kitchen staff were all very lively and greeted me with very cheerful voices. Please tell me the recommended sauce for the gyoza, I have a very good impression of how they carefully monitor customers' movements and provide proactive customer service. When dealing with a customer at the cash register, someone said something unreasonable to me, but it was wonderful to see him respond sincerely without making any unpleasant expressions or attitude. It's quite far away so I can't go there, but I want to eat gyoza here when I go to Hamamatsu!

2023.05 Visited around 18:00 on weekdays. Since it is a GW menu, I couldn't get fried rice, but Both the gyoza and ramen were very delicious and I was very satisfied! *The melty texture of the char siu is exquisite! It's so far away that I can't really see you, but If I have a chance to come to Shizuoka again, I would definitely like to eat there again.

I stopped by while I had some errands nearby. I ordered the Hamamatsu gyoza in red and the special Chinese noodles in Japanese soy sauce. The gyoza was well fried and crispy and had a satisfying taste. The ramen was also delicious. I would like to go again if I have the chance.
