I went to this restaurant after hearing that it was run by Hikarimen, which used to be part of LaLaport Iwata. I had pork bone soy sauce and chicken stock salt ramen and gyoza. Tonkotsu soy sauce tastes almost the same as light noodles. Personally, I really liked the taste, so I'm happy to be able to eat here again. The rich and creamy pork bone taste is something you won't find anywhere else. The chicken dashi salt ramen was salty but had a strong dashi flavor and packed a punch. It contained yuzu peel, and the yuzu scent was quite strong, giving it a nice balance without being overpowering. The dumplings have soft skin and a strong garlic flavor. It's delicious. I think I will go again.
