Arrived on Saturday after 11am It feels like there are about 7 to 8 cars parked in the parking lot in front of the store. The store's appearance was very stylish, and I didn't think it was a ramen restaurant. Very good. I felt that there was some commitment. The store was full, so I wrote my name and waited. After about 5 minutes, I was told that there were seats available on the terrace outside, so I was shown around. The terrace seats are shaded by a spot cooler and partially covered by a tarp, but due to the sun's position, they face the sun. It was cloudy that day, but when the sun came out it was hot... I ordered Chinese soba char siu noodles and skirt steak bowl. The soup had a traditional soy sauce flavor. It was light and easy to drink. The noodles are chewy. The char siew was soaked in flavor, tender and delicious. The skirt steak bowl was also richly seasoned and delicious. As for customer service, the hall staff worked efficiently, and the kitchen manager? My impression is that the male staff members, including the staff, were in good spirits. When I finished paying and left the restaurant, I was told, "Thank you very much! Please go!" and I felt like I was able to enjoy my meal until the end. I would like to come back again when I visit Morimachi.

I stopped by for the first time on the way back from Hamamatsu to a teahouse near Oguni Shrine. When it's my first time, I always ask for something simple and plain. The Chinese soba that came out was dark in color and I thought it was similar to Toyama Black. It's rich but refreshing, and I thought they were particular about soy sauce. Owari and Mikawa are mecca for brewing techniques such as tamari soy sauce, white soy sauce, and Hatcho miso, so there may be possibilities for new menus such as white soy sauce ramen and Hatcho miso ramen.

■Ramen reminiscent of Kyoto Shinpuku Saikan ■China soba char siu ☆5 It's said to be ninja-style, so I tried it for the first time. Or rather, isn't this Kyoto ramen from Shinpuku Saikan in Kyoto? I had no idea that the ramen that I used to eat every chance I got when I was on a business trip to Kyoto would be available in Shizuoka... The level is also quite high! Honestly, even if I went to Kyoto, it would probably be pretty popular! *Kyoto is a very competitive area, so there are too many competitors like this...I think there is a handicap in terms of price and quality of toppings. soup The soy sauce adds richness to the clear, animal-based flavor! The taste has a refreshing sweetness that you wouldn't expect from the dark color. noodles Straight medium-thick noodles, probably low water content The noodles are the same in Kyoto! I really like it Ingredients The char siu is quite tasty, but the volume is on point. Menma, it's not very tasty, is it lacking in flavor? I do not understand Green onions, normal. If you use Kujo green onions, the quality will be even better, so if you see the staff at the store, definitely consider it! It was delicious... If you have never eaten ramen in Kyoto, please come here!
