More Comments at Google MapAs soon as you enter, there is a ticket vending machine in front of you, and a POP with a ramen photo menu on the right wall, so look at it and choose. There are two flavors: soy sauce and salt, as well as dried sardines and bonito flakes. Many other things were added! Previously, the ticket for soy sauce and salt was the same, and the system was to verbally order soy sauce or salt from the general, but it seems that this has changed recently, so I will edit it. I recommended the salty flavored Ajitama Soba (790 yen), but the Ajitama Soba is no longer available. I feel like the salt ramen before it was renamed ``Shio Soba'' was more delicious. The system has changed to adding boiled eggs as a topping. The noodles are small, so it might be better to have a large serving. Noodles, soup, char siu, and flavored eggs🥚all delicious. The vegetables included mizuna and green onions (sometimes red onions). The photo shows the previous recommendation, a large serving of ajitama salt (I asked them to leave out the menma, so it usually has menma in it) and a large serving of Shio Soba that I ate last night, topped with a boiled egg. The char siu used to be pork char siu, but now there are two types: pork and chicken. (I haven't checked with the owner, but it's probably pork and chicken. I'll check with the owner next time I go.) Since it's in front of the station, there wasn't a parking lot at the store, but when I went there last night, there were 3 parking lots nearby! I didn't have such information, so I parked at a coin parking lot this time, but when I told the owner, he gave me 100 yen for parking, just like before. There is a coin parking lot a few meters north of the store, so if the private parking lot is full, I think it's best to use that. I think it's hard to understand because the business hours are unique, so I'll post a photo! By the way, the toilet was on the right side at the back of the store!
I had dried sardines soba with salt flavor. The refreshing and light soup was excellent!
I couldn't eat dinner at Shimada, so I went here. m(_ _)m I knew that I could have garlic if I wanted, but I couldn't ask. (^_^;) I will have it this time ♪ m (_ _) m ♪
