I called on Sunday morning around 10am. People in the food court were sparse, and I was the only one eating. Before Corona, I often met groups of insane foreign tourists, so I avoided them, but this time, the atmosphere was calm. Since it's Fujieda, I got hot ramen in the morning until 11:00. I wonder if the soup is bonito stock. The noodles are straight, medium flat. Noodles that go down the throat like udon. Even though the price is cheap, it contains a lot of char siu. It's the cold season, isn't it? It was delicious.

Soy sauce ramen, tonkotsu ramen, and mini shirasu sakura shrimp bowl are delicious. You can eat Fujieda's specialty morning ramen until 11:00. The soup stock is Japanese style, so it feels like soba. The chilled noodles are crispy and the noodles have a good texture. It is very rare that there is a raised tatami mat in the food court, which is great for families with children. It's a sunken kotatsu type, so it's good that even elderly people with bad knees can sit comfortably. It's always relatively empty even on Saturdays and Sundays, so it's a little-known spot.

The food in the service area here is delicious! I go out to eat occasionally.
