I finally experienced morning ramen, something I couldn't do when I lived in Fujieda 4 years ago! ️ I ate the recommended Shita Black. The color may look salty, but it was light and rich, making it very easy to eat 😄 I also had some of my friend's Chinese soba red and white, and I thought they had a gentle taste and were perfect for morning ramen 😊 It was delicious (^o^) Thank you for the meal m(__)m
