After waiting for about 20 minutes, I ordered pork sardines in soy sauce and rice. The soup is really delicious, without the distinctive odor of dried sardines. The char siu is a firm piece of meat with a slightly chewy texture rather than guinea. I soaked it in the soup and had it on the rice. It was a delicious ramen that ranks quite high among ramen shops in Shizuoka!

There is a parking lot in front of the store and next to the store. It's relatively easy to get in and out. There are 3 tatami rooms (seating 4 people) and counter seats in the store. The atmosphere is comfortable even for one person. Today I ordered Nagoya Cochin Ramen with soy sauce. The soup was piping hot and tasted great, making the meal go well. The thick, chewy menma and three types of char siu were also delicious and filling. Popular ramen (sesame miso dandan noodles, etc.) seem to have sold out quickly. Among such delicious ramen, What my father likes the most is Hassunba mackerel soy sauce. The soup and mackerel come with guts. The mackerel gently chases the thin noodles that go well with it. Until the end of the day, the soup has no sarcasm, but it's plentiful! and mackerel will entertain you. I'd love to!! Please eat and see...
