Buta Soba Ichibanboshi is a famous ramen restaurant located in Aoi Ward, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Located on the corner of Asama-dori Street, there is a coin parking lot available. This time I ordered the main pork soba. Made with pork bone soy sauce, the soup is thick and rich in flavor. If you melt the pork miso that is originally topping, it will give you an even deeper flavor. Some people may find it a little spicy and strong, but it contains raw eggs, and when you mix it in, it becomes mellow and addictive. Perhaps because of the thick soup, it goes well with rice. The chashu is a special pork yakiniku, thinly sliced ​​and easy to eat. Tokushima ramen is a specialty of Tokushima prefecture, and I thought it was similar in taste and appearance. They also have mazebuta soba, which seems to be popular as well, with many customers ordering it.

It was my first visit, and it was Hiroshima Kotori-style ramen, which was more limited, but for me, as a native of Hiroshima, I was able to see that they had recreated Hiroshima's ramen, and the level of reproduction was even better than that restaurant in Hiroshima, both in terms of taste and ingredients. I was very happy that it happened. (especially bean sprouts, etc.) If the owner is able to reproduce such minor local ramen, I think I can trust the regular menu, so I will visit again.
