Tasty Ramen! Noodles are great and the meat was YUMMY! The egg was excellent! Great hospitality even in the rush hour and very much family friendly! Really enjoyed :)

Needless to say, this is a popular store in the city. Recommended for both men and women of all ages. The classic lime ramen is a light and sweet Chinese noodles. The base is already delicious, but the simple taste of the lime vinegar really helps. Pepper also goes well. Lime tsukemen, like ramen, has a sweet base with fine fish powder, making it a light but thick soup. It's a very satisfying taste that doesn't leave even me, who is usually a rich person, feeling unsatisfied. Lime vinegar is also a must! The split soup is on the table. Personally, I like spicy tsukemen and spicy ramen as they have just the right amount of spiciness to make them delicious. It's spicy with Japanese pepper, and has a Chinese flavor. The smooth, whole-grain noodles are also great! The char siu, braised pork, and boiled egg all have a strong flavor but are not too salty. Also, the limited menus are available for about 2 weeks to 1 month, and they are also delicious. Salt-based, miso-based, dried sardines, mizore, mazesoba, hot and sour soup...some come out every year, others don't, so be sure to check them out. It will be announced on Instagram. The wait outside is long, but the service after entering the store is smooth. As a customer, I am happy that the operations are solid. However, during busy hours, the staff members are a little nervous and the atmosphere is bad. During the day, there are queues for entry and parking, regardless of whether it's a weekday or a holiday, but if it's open on weekday evenings, I get the impression that you can enter the store relatively smoothly. I like the fact that there is not only a paper apron but also a hair tie, which gives a sense of consideration. There are children's chairs and spacious table seats, so it's child-friendly. We have a wide range of customers regardless of age, gender, or composition, so it's easy to come even if you're alone.

There is a parking lot in front of the store (on the premises, on the right side when facing the store). When I arrived 15 minutes before opening time on a Sunday night, there were already two cars with customers ahead of me. There is a waiting board at the store entrance, so fill it out and wait in your car. More and more customers arrive and the parking lot fills up quickly. The waiting line stretches all the way to the road, but there is a dedicated parking lot attendant, so just follow his instructions. Peaceful, no chaos at all. When your name is called from the waiting board, enter the store and purchase your meal ticket. Lime ◯◯ seems to come with all the toppings, so I went with lime tsukemen. You can choose 200g, 250g, or 300g of noodles for free. Select 200g. The customer service at the store is uniformly polite and kind. The instructions are easy to understand. The noodles are flat, twisted noodles mixed with whole grain flour. It has a delicious wheat flavor. The dipping sauce is rich and sweet. But it's not heavy and delicious. The meat topping is powerful. The chashu has the best texture and the seasoning is perfect. Yet another type of braised braised meat? It's melty and the deliciousness of the fat is on full display. A taste that makes you want rice. As a result, since the meat topping was voluminous, 200g of noodles was enough. Flavored eggs are flavored eggs. The overall flavor is strong, so the lime vinegar comes in handy from the second half to the end. It has a sour taste, but it's soft and not harsh, and doesn't disrupt the overall harmony. Excellent.
