A store where you are always lined up. It happened to be empty so I went in and had a look. It's been a while since I've had regular ramen and I felt it was delicious. The noodles are smooth and have a texture similar to Inaniwa udon. The soup also has a little dark soy sauce. Is it too strong to drink? I am satisfied with the store that has many repeat customers.

cold ramen. Noodle waist is the best. With wasabi? I thought, but it's the best for mentsuyu. In the summer, we recommend chilling it.

My first visit, I chose Char Siu Noodles MiX ¥950. There was one person waiting for lunch on a weekday. The inside of the restaurant is neat and clean, and the soup is light but has a deep flavor with the flavors of chicken and seafood. The noodles are medium-thick and flat, so at first glance they look like thin udon noodles, but they have a nice chewy texture that goes down your throat. The ramen was like local soul food, loved by people of all ages!
