Yaizu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Warabi

I'm more than happy to have found a ramen shop in my neighborhood that is so delicious that I want to go there. Warabi-san is written as ``ramen'' in hiragana. I wonder if it will become the store owner's recommendation, that is, the signature menu? It's salt ramen. My three recommendations are: ・Iso ramen with bonito oil and soy sauce ・Niboshi ramen with soy sauce ・Ginger ramen with dark soy sauce (Trick: First, select the ramen with the dark soy sauce option and the dark soy sauce, and then cancel the selected ramen so you can choose the dark soy sauce option even with the ginger ramen.) Honestly, I always get confused between these three. Also, chicken paitan, which occasionally appears on a whim. It's a rare soup, so if you see it on the menu, you'll have no hesitation.

On the way back from Shizuoka to Kakegawa. It was 13:40, a little outside of the rice time, so I found a crowded ramen shop on this non-main road. Although the color was light, the straight noodles had a strong soy sauce flavor, and they looked and tasted delicious. It's the perfect amount to eat even when paired with the chashu rice bowl!

I had cold ramen (salt). Although the ginger is effective, it is not spicy, and the ice in the kelp water melts in the sharp soup, giving it a mellow texture. It goes well with firm noodles. I was totally hooked on this cup! The char siu rice bowl with flavored vegetable sauce is also delicious.
