A small ramen shop that I visit often. My go to order is the tsukemen with extra pork and a side medium bowl of rice, the noodle portion I always get large. The stock is rich and tasty and I always recommend drinking it all, they give a jug of hot dashi stock to dilute the stock after up you finish the noodles, dilute to taste and enjoy it.

On my way out, I found it while driving down a road I hadn't planned on taking, and I was intrigued enough to go there the next day, haha. The spacious store only has a counter. There are benches along the wall for waiting. I bought a meal ticket and took a seat. I had yuzu salt ramen, and my husband had tsukemen and spicy moya rice bowl. In conclusion, everything was delicious! Yuzu salt ramen has a strong yuzu flavor and a good amount of salt. The thin noodles are firm and easy to eat. The tsukemen are medium-thick noodles, the dipping sauce has a strong broth, and the aftertaste is strangely sweet. We do it in the morning, so it's great for weekend morning ramen people! I will go again!
