On my way home from Higashi High School, I used to go to this restaurant often. It seems to be a so-called ordinary gomoku ramen. This time, I ordered Gomoku Ramen instead of the usual Kakumen. It is not the usual gomoku ramen with a thick texture, but a very simple and delicate taste ramen with a smooth soup. Noodles, soup, toppings, depth of flavor, well-balanced and wonderful. I thought that the origin of 柗乐 is in this unusual gomoku ramen. Ordinary ramen is also good, and the chicken breast is fried and cut into easy-to-eat pieces. Totally Cantonese taste ❤️

This is a restaurant in Shizuoka City that is famous for its spicy ramen. The ramen is popular because it has a uniquely flavored clear soup and delicious stir-fried Chinese cabbage. This time I ordered the normal Matsura Men. I had it extra spicy, and my companion had it medium spicy. The color of the photo is completely different. It is said that the normal spiciness is only slightly spicy. It's super spicy, but the soup has a clear taste, so you can really feel the spiciness. Those of us who are picky eaters were very satisfied. The stir-fried Chinese cabbage is really delicious, and it's no wonder there are so many regular customers and long lines. Matsura Men is a menu that doesn't have much meat, so next time I'd like to order extra chashu. Also, spiciness and miso go well together, so I'm also interested in miso ramen. The price is a little high, but I was satisfied because it was a ramen that I couldn't taste anywhere else. The parking lot is large, but it's a store with a long line, so you may have to wait.

Miso Shoraku is my favorite. Personally, I think thin noodles go really well with a delicious soup. It's topped with plenty of Chinese cabbage and komatsuna, as well as quail eggs, chashu pork, and shrimp. I think it's more filling than regular miso ramen. I think. The price is a little extravagant for a bowl of ramen, but I eat it as a reward once in a while. The fried gyoza is so delicious that you can eat as many as you want! Since it's going to get cold from now on, I also recommend the creamy red bean paste sauce! The crunchiness of the shiitake accents and the flavor you get when you put the thickly sliced shiitake mushrooms in your mouth is irresistible! Since the price has been revised, I will post it here♪
